  • Imagine sober coaching as personal training, but for your alcohol goals.Just as a personal trainer helps with fitness, a sober coach works with you to define your goals, and provides exercises to help you reach them while keeping you motivated and accountable.

  • Sober coaching for women offers a practical and female-centred approach to changing alcohol and other drug use. 

  • Sober coaching is suitable for women who are time-limited and need appointment flexibility, such as evenings and weekends and is confidential and discreet.

  • Sober coaching for women offers referral arrangements for those who require withdrawal and pharmacological treatment or residential rehab.

Hi I’m Melise

I have many years experience in addiction nursing and teaching. My approach is practical and pragmatic. I believe that a loving connection with ourselves and our communities is a huge part of living well - stopping alcohol use makes that possible.

Sobercoaching services

I offer personalised programs of support and motivation. I work with you to develop a plan and strategies to meet your alcohol use goals.

For example: My one-week program costs $240 and includes:

  • An initial zoom session.

  • A mid-week phone and text contact for support and de-briefing.

  • Phone session end of week 1.

  • A strategy workbook with daily planner and tasks.

  • Add on extra weeks for $150 per week
